I don’t know how but this scanner does the job right, I think it’s UI and data it presents are very good and well thought out. Sure, the numbers are confusing but it’s just a quick google search. I think it connects well between phone and car. Pretty good and I needed it to diagnose something, did just the thing I needed it to and now it’s used to track numbers. Great for its price!

As a wholesaler just looking for a an inexpensive scanner this has been a great tool. IT is great that you can just read the codes from the tool itself you don't need the app but there is an app if that is what you prefer to use. It doesn't read air bag lights but that was known before hand. I have yet to find a car it does not hook up to.

I have had this thing for about 3 months, I have tried connecting it to my Android phone. My tablet, my friend's iPad, and also my Android head unit in my vehicle.I cannot seem to get it to Bluetooth to a lot of devices. I work in the field of it and I do most of this stuff all day long so I hope that it's not my fault but it could very well be.But before I bought it, I tried to make sure every aspect of it was compatible with my vehicle.The one upside to this is I've been able to help a few others with their problems with it which makes me happy.

Works great.; easy to use. I didn't setup Bluetooth. Just press the button on the left side and your good. I carry in my vehicle. It'll tell you if the vehicle is carrying a permanent code. Clearing code doesn't remove it permanently for some code. Why? IDK, ask your mechanic.

So far I am very impressed, especially given the price. It is a very comprehensive set of tools for the money.

Bought this to troubleshoot my car problem with ABS/Traction Control. Got it because of a good review in a car magazine. This device did not find the error code.This device is blue tooth and has a monitor as well. I don't think it's necessary. Blue tooth is enough, monitor with the cable just add bulk.Bought a slightly more expensive blue tooth device and it found the code, so I returned this one.One thing I learned through the process is that you need to go to the manufacturer's web page, look up the scanner you are considering buying and find its compatibility with the make/model/year of your car. For example, Model XYZ will support ABS error codes for the Toyota Yaris from 2005 to 2023. Your job is to find the scanner that supports most codes for your car. Obviously, this model did not support ABS error codes for my car...

Works as advertised. Easy to use app.

I liked the ease of set up and use. I didn't like the magnetic base on the unit. I put the vent holder on and the base pulled right off upon removal of the vent holder. That was fresh out of the box. I imagine first pothole you hit would have the same effect
