I always like TRESemme shampoo. And this was was the exactly what i expected. The packaging was okay-okay and not to talk about the shampoo. I tried it and the smoothness my hair faced after was amazing. The quality of this product is 10/10. And seal of this bottle was PERFECT. I've seen the negative reviews of this product too but i will tell you, every skin and hair has different preference. So, if it won't work out in your hair, it's not product's fault. Because it worked on mine well, my hair are shining just fine
