After careful researching I found these. They are marketed as immune boosting but I use them daily as it contains most minerals that our bodies use. Great tasting & easy to use just drop in water and watch it disappear. I hardly get sick when every one around me is going thru something. Highly recommend.

The tablet takes a few minutes to effervesce once dropped into water. Most likely you will have to use a standard cup; glass; plastic cup or wide mouthed water bottle if you want these for on-the-go.I was hoping they could be dropped into a bottle of bottled spring water but the tablet is too large and does not fit into the opening of standard 16.9 oz bottles.The taste isn’t something that is going to blow you away. In fact, to me the taste is more bland invigorating. The ingredients however probably don’t allow for a refreshing feeling taste- wise BUT those same ingredients are internal organ friendly, so I am perfectly okay with the trade-off there.I was hoping for something tasty, but on the bright side, I won’t end up consuming the entire contents of the package within just two days.You can have up to six servings per day as recommended on the box. Maybe the taste is negligible if you’re sweating up a storm, but I was just relaxing and wanted something refreshing. It isn’t god-awful; it’s NOT what I was hoping for and expecting.So set the bar low for taste in your personal expectations but quite honestly as I sit tapping out this review I am feeling very relaxed but not tired.The results of the first serving are different than expected, but I am pleasantly surprised. No excessive “rush” and I don’t feel compelled to have another right this minute, but most likely in a little while which is a good thing because I have a lot to do this evening and didn’t get as much done earlier today as I would have liked to.Ten servings per tube; two grams of sugar; no caffeine and I am feeling on the energetic side right now. Don’t worry about how it tastes as far as I’m concerned; I have tasted more bland “energy drinks”.I just wanted this for some variety in hydration purposes so the energetic impulses are a bonus and fortunately I did not try this for the first time before bed just to have something refreshing before retiring for the day for having to get up early for work. Don’t do that just in case.Results may vary, so I would just take into consideration my experience in drinking a Nuun dissolved in 16 ounces of water.I don’t know if they will dissolve in juice.

Good hydration. Ok taste. I use these in empty Gatorade bottles. Two tablets per bottle with filtered water does the trick, the ones that used to be 32 oz. Stupid shrinkflation but I digress. You do need to shake them up and let them sit for a while while the tablets dissolve. Then you need to shake them up again. I thought the taste was OK at best.

Taste is good though it does take them a couple minutes to fully dissolve in water. Nice compact case though.

Nuuns are perfect for hydration, workouts, and just daily immunity.

I had met a nutritionist on a tour of Sedona and he mentioned that drinking a ton of water is pointless unless you have proper electrolytes in your body to help absorb the water. I did a little research and decided to give Nuun a whirl since chugging a lot of sports drinks is not my idea of being healthy (sugar, or fake sugar isn't my gig). Nuun tastes amazing and dissolves quickly. I can't believe how quenched I feel all day now. I find myself drinking about half the amount of water I did before and I head to the bathroom less - which means to me that I'm retaining more water. I tried another electrolyte powder that Costco had on sale, and the taste was terrible so unfortunately I will be returning that. I just ordered more Nuun! I do find that I do not need them daily, but every other day has helped me stay hydrated. Definitely recommend this brand.

Love the product BUT the last 3 orders have been damaged — pkg good but some the lid is popped open on the product itself. The individual tablets are fused together. Looks like wet and then heated til fused. But since pkg is clean and undisturbed it must be happening at factory where it’s made. I will try 1 more delivery then if it’s still bad will need to cancel my subscription.

These are a lot easier to travel with than other electrolyte powders and I love that about them!! The orange flavor is also my favorite but this variety pack is great for those who have not tried them!
