Worth every penny.
Bought this model over others because of the mounting ability around an irregular shaped surface like a steering wheel spoke that's not actually round. Fits great on the inner spoke of the steering wheel, and I love that the remote itself is retained magnetically. Its awesome that I can detach it to take it home, or just hold it my hand if I'm laying back waiting for people instead of having to lean up and play with the phone which is sitting in a ram mount. If I lost this I'd buy another tomorrow. Everything is securely mounted in my work truck (a Freightliner) and now I can skip through songs easily without taking my eyes off the road or bothering with the phone. My phone is an older Samsung S8 and it works fine. The ONLY issue if I had to bring one up, is for some reason the pause/play doesnt work unless the display on the phone is shut off. Fine by me. Its lived up to my expectations in every way. Well worth the purchase, and they include plenty of different sized bands that will allow you to mount this just about anywhere. Mounting it on an inner spoke of the steering wheel means it wont interfere at all while you're grabbing the wheel to turn. Everything is still easily operated with a simple touch of the thumb. Couldnt be any better unless the vechile came with steering wheel controls from the factory. No issues with the bluetooth being connected to two items at once either. My phone is connected to the radio via bluetooth and this controller also. Its honestly perfect.

Ok fuu it r the money i guess
I give it a 4 only cause on the paper it looked like you can mount to steering wheel with like Velcro but it’s not I don’t even think it will fit my truck steering wheel

Great substitute for a "smart" car stereo system
I like to listen to streaming music, but my car only has an aux connector. That is, I can pipe sound from my smartphone to my car stereo system, but I cannot control the music except by picking up my phone and changing the track in the app. Before I got this little gem, I would be stuck with whatever track the streaming music picked because I couldn't change the track safely while driving. Hardly the worst problem to have, but it annoyed me enough to try to find a solution. This remote completely solved this problem for me.The box contains the remote control and a mounting system, which consists of a plastic backing piece (remote connects by magnet), a rubber piece that sits between the backing piece and my car steering wheel, and rubber chords that wrap around the steering wheel and hold onto the plastic backing piece. There were three sizes of rubber chord, and the largest one was the best for my steering wheel; the smaller ones would be better for things like bike handles. I was able to place it right about where newer cars would have media controls built into the steering wheel, and it hasn't shifted at all since I placed it.I followed the instructions for how to connect it to my phone, and it worked immediately. I've had it for a few months and haven't had any problems - I start my streaming service before I start driving, put my phone away, then hit the road, freely skipping tracks I don't want to listen to without taking my eyes off the road or my hands off the wheel. It sometimes needs to be clicked more than once for the track to change, but that's the only flaw I've noticed. I haven't tried to use any of the calling functions, so I can't comment on those. I highly recommend this device to anyone who has a "dumb" car and wants to play music through a smartphone.

Works well, connects easily most of the time.
The only issue I've had was sometimes it won't connect and it's hard to enter pairing mode when this happens. This situation happened after about 2 weeks use with my old 5 year old Samsung phone and I needed to turn off bluetooth on my phone, press the + & - and then it would enter pairing mode. It was like the phone forgot about it, but the button was still connecting. When I replaced my phone with a newer Samsung, it worked perfect for about 10 months, used practically everyday, until one day would not connect. The same trick I used with my S8 did not seem to work this time, I removed the battery thinking it might be dead after almost a year, but it was still at 3 volts. when I put the battery back in, it went into pairing mode and my phone connected right away. This issue is probably due to the low power mode it uses and I can't complain too much (as long as the issue is very rare as seen with my newer phone) as the convenience is well worth the occasional connect problem.
