Q: The fabric of the canopy is very tight, making it difficult to install.

You can align the knob holes first before pulling the canopy. A tight canopy can maintain its shape and allow water to flow down. In the case of heavy rain, it is recommended to tilt the canopy to prevent water accumulation.

Q: Is the cushion thick enough?

The thickness of our cushion is 3.15 inches. The cushion may not immediately return to its original shape after being compressed for a long time. You can wait for a period of time for it to recover.

Q: The armrest pins don't align, what should I do?

You can loosely fit the screws related to it, adjust the position after alignment, and then tighten them.

Q: I want to place the swing on my porch, is that possible?

When the canopy is at 180 degrees, the dimensions of our swing are 65.8"(H) X 78.8"(W) X 46.7"(D). You can choose the swing size that suits your needs.
