Issue my refund as soon as possible
I recently purchased this solar light from Amazon, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well. Even after keeping it in full sunlight for hours, the light barely turned on. I decided to return it due to its poor performance.However, the bigger issue is that even after 2 weeks, I haven’t received my refund. Amazon is saying that the refund has been processed, but the amount has not reached my account. I’ve checked thoroughly and contacted customer service multiple times, but I still haven’t received a proper solution.This entire experience has been very disappointing both the quality of the product and the refund process were not up to the mark. I hope Amazon looks into this seriously and resolves the issue soon.
