I purchased the NexLuv Ionic Volumizer Brush and used it for the first time. As soon as I plugged it in, smoke started coming from the brush head and the cord connection. The handle also became very hot, and I am extremely concerned about the safety of this product. Please assist with a return and refund as soon as possible

I am writing this review after using the product for almost two months now. If you want salon finish hair everyday just buy this product without thinking again!! I have also used the other Hair Volumizers which were a bit expensive, and also bit heavier but I felt like Nexlev does a better job when styling.It’s very easy to use, very quick, can do whole hair in 10 mins. It has 3 settings, and best to use with semi dry hair and it helps the style stay longer. This is a very good product for the price , just go for it.

This product is super easy to use and saves me a lot of time compared to using a separate hairdryer and brush. It’s lightweight and comfortable to hold.I highly recommend it if you want a salon-style blowout at home. Totally worth the price!

Absolutely great product! I have thick and wavy hair and have no time to use the regular iron. So, I found this to be the best solution as it’s easier to use and very efficient. It’s much better than the regular iron and much healthier for my hair. The best part is one wouldn’t require 2 different equipments for blow drying and styling. This hair brush does it all!Highly recommend getting this product.
