I had a live blood analysis done last fall and discovered I'm low in progesterone and estrogen (I'm 30). This was their recommendation to me so I started taking in early November. Honestly, I can't say if it's really helping or not. My periods have become slightly more regular and my face has cleared up some (one of the goals of regulating my hormones). I have also had good energy and felt pretty good overall. Is this because of DHEA? I don't know! Haha it's affordable and doesn't have any negative side effects for me so I'll keep taking for awhile on the chance that it's helping

Good stuff when you hit that age but useless if you hadn’t

Was searching for 100mg DHEA and thought I was getting 240 100mg capsules but in really small print (right under the mg) it says per serving which is 2 capsules. So instead of 240 servings, this has 1/2 that, 120 per bottle. Disappointed but product works well.
