I have had 2 of the main brand(FS) food vacum sealers over the years, the first one quit vacuuming and the second one quit sealing consistantly. So I had been wanting to give the Inkbird vacuum sealers a try since I have been happy with all of their other products(thermometers, heat mats, etc.) I have used it 3 times so far and it has work flawlessly. I have used it with both the supplied bags and some cheaper Amazon bags. I have sealed both dry and moist items(homemade Pastrami, Chicken Breasts and Ground Beef) and everything was sealed tight. I also like the compactness of the unit for storage and the fact that it has a removable power cord. I am anxious to try it this summer with fresh cut corn as I have had problems with my other brand unit sealing wet items.

Works well, does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Only con is that getting the bag lined up and clamped is a bit tedious.

t’s loud, slow, and doesn't seal properly half the time. Ended up wasting more bags than food. Definitely not worth the money.

This Inkbird vacuum sealer is a really great product and definitely outperforms my other sealer. It comes with a roll of bags and also some smaller, precut bags. I really like all the functions it allows you to use. Dry, moist, liquid, you can pulse seal, seal only and canister. Incredibly simple to get it up and running out of the box. It works really quick and the vacuum is powerful. It also lights up to let you know when it is complete. I highly recommend this Inkbird vacuum sealer.

I had some issues at first with this sealer, but it just ended up being the bags that Inkbird put in with it. They were melted through and wouldn't stay sealed. Use name brand bags and you won't have any issues with functionality or sealability. It has strong suction and makes freezing items easy and kept fresh for longer. I didn't have the ability to try the jar attachment but I'm sure it works just as well. Happy with this!
