I have not slept all might in over 20 years. It’s been less than a week and so much has changed within my body. Before taking these vitamins I would eat throughout the day and just get extremely sleepy in the middle of the day, that stopped. I’m up all day now. T.M.I but I had a vag odor that I’ve been going to the doctors about for over 10 years , that stopped. My doctor is horrible so I have to self diagnose myself as premenopausal and that’s where the odor might’ve come from. These vitamins gave me my normal back. I take 1 per day and it’s been great. I will be ordering a couple more to hold me over for a year or two. I hope this review help someone because I know I’ve been looking for something like this for a very long time.

These were recommended by my physician, to help me out while receiving chemotherapy. Probably the best recommendation she has given me in past 3 years. I have energy, my skin looks radiant with glow. Truly feel so much better today than 30 days ago. Sleeping good at night 8 hours. I do recommend for better daily activities.

These are great for sleep. I was having issues with sleep and I got these and they do the job! Bonus, there are multiple forms of magnesium in these and we are all low on magnesium! I was taking melatonin with theanine and while they worked, they didn't work every time and I worry that if you take them too much your body may not make the melatonin on its own.

Received and just started taken

Impressive. Took during day and knocked me out. I take 12 prescriptions that can't accomplish that. Started taking at night made a huge difference in quality and quantity of sleep. My 15 year old tried and had same effect. Wake up and can actually get out of bed. Would purchase again.
