I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this back brace. After being on bed rest for the last three days, unable to bend, stand up, or sit, and not being able to get an appointment with my doctor, I turned to the internet for solutions. I found this back brace recommended and decided to order it from Amazon.The brace arrived within a couple of days, and it has been a godsend! I can now stand up and walk, which is truly life-changing. The support and relief it provides are incredible.Ordering medical products from Amazon with such quick delivery times has made this my first choice for medical needs. Highly recommend this product to anyone in need of back support!

Has definitely helped with my lower back pain. Overall very well constructed with a removable pad in the back and 2 elastic straps that tighten the brace once you fit it around your body. It has helped remind me to improve my posture, and is a good support brace when I have to do things around the house like move items.

Belt is fine. Sizing is awful. DON'T MEASURE YOUR WAIST. MEASURE YOURSELF AT YOUR BELLY BUTTON. It says this down in the manufacturer detail, but is terribly misleading as "waist size". I tried to return it for a different size but Amazon requires a Return, then a Replace. Trouble was the price jumped $8.00 overnight. I understand Amazon Pricing, but this mistake just seems to be the website's fault, not mine.5/28/25 Update - I got the larger size and returned that too. Just wasn't comfortable for me. But a few days later I got an email from the company offering me a full refund. I'd already returned it to Amazon, but the customer Service earned them 2 more stars. (No, of course I didn't try to get the refund after Amazon already refunded me.)

I have tried many of these back supports on Amazon and this one is the best one I have ever bought. It gives great lower back support and helps relieve the pain it is comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time. I did have to get a bigger size than what I thought I needed so I think it runs small. The quality is excellent and it has increased my mobility because of its wonderful support.

This product is amazing. I was skeptical because of the price because I don't like to spend money. This product helped relieve my lower back pain. The centerpiece is movable so that you can actually put the pressure where it's needed because not everybody has pain in the same spot. It's very durable. The fit was amazing. I wear an extra large in clothing. I purchased an extra large and it fits! Very simple and easy to adjust. After you get it on, you can tighten it with crisscross straps on the back to pull it tighter or looser in certain areas also. Would most definitely buy this again if needed. And highly recommend it

I drive for public transportation anywhere from 9-12 hours a night and my back after 15 years in the seat was for years killing me. I bought this back brace and it was a game changer. Excellent customer service . Looks like it would work, for my lower back support . But I one of plastic rings that hold one of the straps (on left side) were broken and replaced with zip ties .. left sharp zip ties and sticking out and I scratched my left chick and arm (to blood) . So I returned . 3 stars and not 1 because delivered fast, returned fast, and I tried 3 different brands from different sellers , this one was gave support I needed . So I will order again .

I had spinal fusion from L4 to S1 about 6 months ago. I didn't heal well. I didn't grow bone at L5-S1 and my bottom screws are loose. I also developed si joint vacuum phenomenon leaving my back and pelvis unstable. i was scheduled for the next surgical opening and my neurosurgeon told me to wear my post op brace until surgery in roughly 3 weeks. It's not an emergency but it can't wait longer. The Velcro is getting funky so I took a chance on this brace. I like it better. It hits a little lower in the back than my post op brace and I like the support there. It makes everything feels more stable. It has helped tremendously with the pain. I do wish I could tighten the secondary straps a little tighter like my post op brace but it's allowed me to function so I can prepare my house and honestly, that's well worth the price. It's comfy and doesn't move. Since I had a hard time deciding what size to order, I'll share I'm 5'2" and weigh 200lbs. I wear a 16 in jeans and ordered an XL. It does follow the seller's sizing guide. I know sometimes it's hard to order if you don't know if it's true to size so I hope that'll help someone decide a size to order.
