Nearly purchased a more expensive version from a well known hunting manufacturer but at £80 I was prepared to take a risk and had the option to return if I wasn't happy. It's sturdy, I've had it up and down a few times and it takes a little working out the first time you do it. It's been out in 40mph gusts and was solid. Make sure you guy rope it and peg it in the corners (ropes and pegs are supplied). The visibility inside is great even with the windows closed. You are invisible once inside but can see out 3 of the sides. Opening the windows is silent. Putting it up is easy enough but I do deviate from the instructions, I find it easier to do the sides and then get in it and push the roof up. It's not 100% waterproof but the roof will keep rain off you from the top and it keeps the wind out. It's very roomy, 2 people could use it with ease, 3 would be very tight, if possible with rifles/guns but ok for photography or birdwatching. it keeps the wind out. I've never been so close to wildlife, this would be ideal for photography or birdwatching as well as hunting. I only do pest control from it but I also take some binoculars with me now as it's a great way to get up close to things you might not otherwise see. It's made a huge difference. Well worth £80.

For the price I was very impressed. Not indestructible but if you put them somewhere sheltered they will certainly last a few years, very impressed with the visibility out and nothing can see in. Ideal I you want so sit in the wood and be hidden from any wildlife. Deer will take an interest so I would recommend leaving it out for a few weeks before jumping inside it. I bought it for decoying pigeons and crows worked well though the window is a little restrictive. Don’t recommend if you need to carry it any sort of distance though.

So brought myself this hive to carry out bird photography, thought it would be an asset.It’s quite long packed and reasonably weighty.Unpacking from carry bag and reading instructions I thought no problem.And that was the end of that.What a bloody carry on, the instructions are lame and cannot be carried out and it makes no sense practically.I had to extend the legs get underneath and push and pull the main roof bar up as I pushed the walls out, oh my god the wife was laughing, this didn’t work so I tipped it upside down and pushed the roof out that way.After righting the hide the right way up I proceeded to try and pull the wall out and they just laughed at me as did the wife.So I got back underneath and pushed the walls out and then extended the lower body.So hides up, cracking piece of equipment, not totally water proof but will keep the rain off your head, you can 360view points albeit the backside where the door is there’s a hung window where all rest is slide, it’s wind proof and I reckon you could get 2 ppl in with deckchairs comfortably.So please don’t ask about putting it away, the wife mentioned through gasped laughs it reminded her of Monty Python- but I got it back in its carry case albeit not as tidy as it came out.I think practice may make perfection however I just feel that the birds are going to be perched in trees laughing their socks off and then buggering off when I finally put it together 1/2 hour later.Is it worth the price =yesCould it be made easier= yesIs it durable= jury is out ( it’s very thin)

this hunting blind is to small it was cramped with 2 men with shooting stands plus rifles , ok if you want to photograph or bird watch ,ended up having to buy a 5 man hide
