Nice cost effective weight band set for home or on the go.
These exercise bands are exactly what I was looking for. They are of good quality materials. Metal connections and soft durable grips for the handles. They cost is extremely friendly considering what the cost of weights these days are. These are a great for in between visits to the gym. They pack into a nice bag that's included and are super easy to use.

Awesome way to strength train!

Solid band set for the price
This is the third set of band I have purchased and they are durable with a smooth resistence curve. For the price it is a great set.

Perfect for apartment living
These bands are great. I bought two sets for more versatility along with a few bars and some wall anchors. I basically have a home gym for under $200 without all the extra weight of standard equipment. Everything fits inside a medium sized tote and it’ll be painless if I move to another apartment.

Resistance Tubes
So far, these are holding up well. I had bought some shorter tubes from a different seller, but they kept snapping after only a few uses. I guess the old saying is true, bigger is better.

Bands snapped
Used these for about 2 years for a variety of exercises. Today one of the bands snapped during an exercise and left me with welts across my arm and chest. The bands had no obvious signs of wear.
