Very sharp and easy to use. Be extremely careful when cleaning the blade because it is very very VERY sharp!I accidentally sliced my finger while washing it and I lost “so much” blood I swore I needed to go to the hospital (I didn’t- it was just my first kitchen accident). Other than that, it’s great! It goes in the dishwasher now :)

So much better to use than a regular knife. Doesn’t crush bread right out of the oven or when it’s soft.I’d definitely recommend if you make your own homemade bread. Just make sure to use small fast sawing motions, or at least that works better for me.

I have been making a lot of different types of bread lately and accumulating all kinds of bread making accessories as well, so what the heck… why not buy this cool looking bread knife? Well, I’m glad I did because it is impressive. It will saw through the largest ball of peasant bread or cut the finest piece of thin baguette with ease. Good purchase!

Oh how I love this knife! I recently started making my own sourdough and cutting slices was always an issue, they would come out too big or too small or uneven but this knife cuts through them like butter.

This is the best knife for sourdough bread or really any type of bread. I was really surprised but it really cuts very easy. Great value for the money, fyi, don’t check the blade to see how sharp it is, take my word for it, it’s is really nice!

My husband suggested I get a knife that would cut into my sourdough loaves. I found this one and thought I would give it a try. It works great! It’s super easy to use and the handle is easy to hold. It’s very sharp so be careful when you remove the cover. I took it to a friends house so I could cut fresh bread and her husband wanted to try it and was very impressed! It’s also very easy to clean!
