WORKS WONDERS
Works great, startles critters, has volume control, and can record other sounds to help scare off critters and strays. Motion detect works 100%.

Big time "WOW" & scares the bajebers out of raccoons
I had a problem of raccoons getting into my barns and damaging equipment. This alarm worked so well to scare them off, that I now have 6 of them in several open barns on my ranch. The alarm allows the user to choose among several disturbing sounds that will scare ANY living creature away. I placed them in various locations that receive sunlight during the day, to allow for solar charging near entries in open barn barns on my ranch.The car horn, and other sounds can be heard 400 feet away EASILY so if you buy one one these, be advised your neighbors might not be too happy, as well as potential burgulars, raccoons , vandals etc.

Poor Motion Sensor
The motion detector will not sense movement if you are more than 10 feet from the unit.

Variety of sound options
Well made device gives a variety of sound & light options to help keep 4 legged pests out of our yard. Hopefully with colder weather it will continue to help us win this battle!

Loud
I like it so far. Several settings for day and night or night only. It's loud and I use it to startle someone if they would go into my shed at night. I am very sure this would scare off animals for sure. Several different functions like dog barking, sirens and several others.

It's working.
Been working for awhile now. Too bad the coating on the solar cell is starting to degrade. I don't think it will last more than a year or so.
