Nobody should buy this defective bulb. Nobody should make the mistake of buying this bulb. Because Havells does not provide even a one-day warranty on this bulb. I wasted my 219 rupees on this.When the light went out, the brightness was almost negligible, which I only realized after the light went out.",1. Havells customer care has clearly refused to take the complaint for this.2. And Amazon has clearly stated that there is no warranty even for one day with this.So, you should go with another company like Bajaj, Philips which provide up to one year warranty on such products.कोई भी इस ख़राब बल्ब को न खरीदे। कोई भी इस बल्ब को खरीदने की गलती न करे। क्योंकि HAVELLS इस बल्ब पर एक भी दिन की वारंटी नहीं देता। मैंने इस पर 219 रुपये ख़राब कर दिए।एक दिन जब लाइट चली गई, तो इसकी बैकअप रोशनी लगभग (negligible) न के बराबर थी, जिसे मैंने लाइट जाने के बाद ही महसूस किया। और तब तक इसके 7 दिन पूरे हो चुके थे!HAVELLS कस्टमर केयर ने इस पर शिकायत लेने से साफ़ मना कर दिया है।और Amazon ने साफ़ कह दिया है कि इस आप के ऑर्डर करने के 7 दिन बाद इस पर एक भी दिन की वारंटी नहीं है।इसलिए, आपको किसी और कंपनी जैसे Bajaj, Philips के साथ जाना चाहिए, जो ऐसे प्रोडक्ट्स पर एक साल तक की वारंटी प्रदान करते हैं।
