Awesome song quality and decent battery life.
The song quality is awesome, and after a year, it's still running smoothly with decent battery life. Call quality is also clear. Plus, the design and colors are really cool and modern. Not good as they promised
This product is not as reliable as promised. The battery life is much shorter than what they claim, and the calling microphone does not work properly. I’m disappointed with the current performance. I have used this product for 2 years, and initially, it was a very good product, but over time, the quality has declined.

Stopped working in 10 days
I would have given a zero star .. if there is option ... Before I got another ptron earphones which I used for 9 or 10 months ... suddenly one day it stopped working and didn't turn on again.I thought maybe that's the life on a cheap earphones and purchased another ptron Flex... hoping it would last another 10 months atleast .. but it stopped working within 15 days ... its not turning on , no matter how I tried by charging or by doing anything. I don't wanna spend my time or energy travelling for this 500rs earphones to claim warranty again. Just I am hoping future customers don't purchase anything from ptron and spend a little more around 1k and go for better ones which are durable .

Clarity of voice is poor. The listeners hearing echo in voice. Not recomended.
