These supplements contain 6 forms of magnesium with good bioavailablity. They total 220mg of magnesium per serving, which is 50 percent of the RDA and more than sufficient for most people. With forty days supply for under ten pounds, this represents much better value than is usually the case and they have provided this without cramming any of the cheap magnesium oxide that a lot of other supplements do.

I have only just started using this product so not sure how it will go. However I feel my sleep has improved already

For many years I have taken Magnesium Citrate for leg cramps, and it truly works 100%, I know this as occasionally I have run out of capsules and almost immediately the leg cramps return. I believe it also helps me to fall off to sleep quickly.I ordered these Magnesium Complex 6-in-1 capsules as I am interested in the health claims of the other 5 types of Magnesium which are blended into these capsules. The different Magnesium's all appear to help the body in a very similar way with the exception of Magnesium lactate in that it is needed in the body to support the function of the heart, nervous system and digestive system. I think it is great that vitamin D3 is included as I need to stay out of the sun I have often been low on this vitamin, even when taking a D3 supplement, the percentage of D3 in this supplement is just 500 and my doctor told me to look to take around 1000 a day. It is also great that Vitamin B6 is also added to this supplement as it helps the body to absorb the magnesium.The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily which can all be taken at the same time or ideally spaced out through the day, there are 120 capsules in total so this is a 40 day supply.The product has a good quality feel to it, it came in a well presented, white plastic container and included two security seals, the labelling is clear and the pack is full to the top with the capsules .The expiry date is 22 months away from now so there's tons of time to use all of the capsules.I have been taking this for over a week now, I have found the capsules tasteless and easy to swallow and have not experienced any side effects.I feel confident that this is a good quality product in that it is made in the UK and carries the GMP (Good manufacturing practice) label, it is also Vegan friendly, NON-GMO and is Gluten Free.I have given 5 stars to this product which I based on formulation of ingredients, confidence in quality and very good value for money.For your confidence in this Vine Voice review, I am under no obligation as to what I can or cannot write and I only ever leave honest and unbiased reviews whether they be good or bad.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.

This is perfect for magnesium intake in good amount. It’s a perfect combination of magnesium formulas. Taste less and size of capsule is perfect to easily engulf. My blood results show good amount of magnesium after having it.
