Pairing up to 100 simultaneously is game changing technology
So I must say that this portable Bluetooth speaker, on its own for the price, is incredible in every way. The sound is full, deep, rich, and also has vibrant clarity to it. I love that these are waterproof...I've left these outside after a party when it rained and had no problem with them afterward. The battery lasts several long uses. I seem to go a long while between charges.I said "left these outside" before because I actually have 4 of these. And I have 4 boom plus's. The most transformative, game-changing feature is the ability for you to connect to up to 100 at the same time. Seriously. Gaming changing. The sound experience when you hook up several of these and surround yourself in an array of perfectly in sync sound is wild. I was having a party last summer in my back yard. I was considering getting a DJ... considering having a friend's band play. But since I had 1 boom plus and 2 boom 2 plus's already, I decided to get the others and experiment. I positioned them at the perimeter of my back yard. The sound quality, clarity, everything... Standing in the middle of this was sooo cool. You create an acoustic situation where the music is very present and seemingly flying around you, while also being able to have uninhibited conversations.

Another top tier Anker product
I’ll preface this by saying when it comes to electronics accessories I have come to trust the quality and consistency of Anker products. I use them exclusively for chargers cables and storage. I wagered they wouldn’t put their name behind a disappointing product. This speaker is downright amazing for the $$$. I had been mulling the purchase then it went on sale so went for it. I use Spotify in loud mode, I can turn this speaker up to full volume and there is no distortion or sound loss. This is a 10/10 product that undercuts the price tag of other competitors. You won’t be disappointed.

Great sound!
Received this for a father's day gift. I have other soundcore products and this one does not disappoint! Great sound quality and battery life so far. If you are looking to push some sound outdoors, put this in your cart!

One of the most powerful portable speakers on the market
This portable Bluetooth speaker packs a punch! I really like the quality and power of the sound. It does have an app with an equalizer for your phone. The bass on this speaker is amazing. Battery life is fairly good. It’s very fast to charge with USB C PD. The unit will draw a maximum of 30 watts when charging. So it doesn’t take a long time to charge.I don’t use the lights, but it is a nice touch for a party. For the price, this is a bargain.

Great base
I give it 4 stars for the reason that the preset equalizer is terrible, I was going to return it but was able to get a pretty decent sound playing around with equalizer, I hope they update a better preset with next update. I have always been a sony person but this speaker is far more superior sound. Also dollar for dollar this beats! its competitors. Overall I'm pleased, I recommend.

My review vs tribit stormbox blast
So quickly going over the differencesThe weight. The soundcore isn't light, but the tribit is noticeably heavierAppearance. I personally like the soundcore. For both I don't like the lights. I'm sure they drain battery and I just don't care for them.Sound. To me, out of the box, the soundcore just sounds downright bad. I immediately wanted to return it upon hearing it. That's actually why I bought the tribit, yeah it sounds that bad. The tribit took a few days to arrive and during that time I played with the soundcore. I found some random guys eq and it made things definitely better. The soundcore is a lot newer and I didn't find many eq online.... Or maybe I just don't know where to find them. I'm posting mine that I'm slowly tweaking, but sounds a million times better than what it comes with. I have no idea why soundcore launched what that preset. As for the tribit it sounds much better right out of the box with stock preset. So if you hear comparison videos online like I did, the tribit is just going to sound better, hands down, but doesn't have a ton of room to get better (from my experience)From here I'm comparing using my posted eq for soundcore b2+ and Alan Ross eq for tribit. Keep in mind I'm no audiophile nor do I know the terminology that well. The sound is pretty similar. What jumps or to me is that in things like rock music, the soundcore has like this noise. I'm not sure if muddy is the word, but it sounds like some sounds can just run together, doesn't sound super clean. It doesn't sound awful, just switching back and forth with the tribit, it's noticable. The tribit on the other hand just doesn't have that... It's like it's just not there, it's cleaner. But when listening to volume around 60%+ I can hear the tribit distorting, which doesn't happen on the soundcore. On louder volumes, that muddy or whatever sound on the soundcore kinda makes it feel full, kinda like a concert or something. When the tribit is turned all the way up, I mean it doesn't sound bad, but it sounds a little more empty. It's hard to explain, but that's all I can do. I don't know if it is, but it makes the soundcore sound a lot louder. It's more fun to sing along to at high volumes(drowns out my own voice more lol)My suggestion is if this is for outdoor use/you wanna jam out at high volume and sing along to, get the soundcore. If you want cleaner music for lower volumes especially inside, get the tribit. The both pump it crazy amounts of bass. Since I'm using mine virtually 100% outdoor, the soundcore is what I'm keeping
