These need to be used as part of a plan I think. These helped with joint pain and also with appetite. I find I just wasn't a hungry for the better things in life like cookies!

I was impressed with the benefits of this supplement and decided I needed to try it for myself. I like how many units come in a bottle, conveniently ready for disbursement. My only gripe is that the pills are rather large and may be difficult for others to swallow.

Like this company. Seem ok but not sure how much is really CLA vs fillers! Good size. May have bothered stomach because when I was done with bottle my stomach issue went away. It was something in it other than CLA.

I have never taken this supplement before, but I have a couple of friends who have been taking it for several months and they both claim that it produces results, positive results. Force factor is a brand name that I have used before, and I have not had any negative experiences with their products. This bottle of CLA contains 90 soft gels, which will last for a minimum of 30 days. The instructions say that you can take up to 3 of these daily, but if you take less less than that, they will obviously last longer. The soft gels are pretty big, but they are surprisingly easy to swallow. They have no smell to them, they have no taste when you put them in your mouth, and I have never experienced any after taste. Results don't occur overnight, so don't expect them to. I did see and feel results beginning on day 18. I only take 2 soft gels per day, so results could be seen and felt sooner if you take 3 per day. I do lift weights, both machine weights and free weights, and have been doing so for decades. I also ride stationary bikes, walk on treadmills, use elliptical machines, and stepper machines. I also eat a lot, and I eat at bad times like right before I go to sleep. On day 18 I looked in the mirror and saw that the fat around my midsection had shrunk. I could feel that my energy level was higher than normal, and it got a little better and lasted longer with each passing day. I have now been taking these for 28 or 29 days and I have lost even more fat around my stomach. I still eat at bad times, but not as often as I used to. I also believe that it has caused my body to not crave sugar and sweets as much as it used to. In my opinion, there are definitely several positive effects that occur while taking this supplement, but you have to be patient and not stop taking them. I highly recommend this CLA.
