I wrote a review for another charger pack from this brand before. These are fantastic! I purchased this one for my mother in law when she travels.I have purchased multiple charging packs from this brand over the years and if I need more I will continue to do so!They work far better than any other portable charging pack I have used. They have multiple features built in such as flashlights and phone stands. They come with a charging cord and a travel bag. They are easy to use and charge. The packs charge quickly and they charge your device quickly as well!Only downside is some of them can be a little bulky but it’s worth the trade off for the quality and price of the product.Definitely work the money!Update: the power button on one of the charging packs got stuck and it no longer worked. The warranty process was super easy and customer service was fantastic. I submitted the claim and had a replacement in under a week. Responses from customer service were prompt with under 24 hours wait time. Still the only brand I recommend!

Tengo bastante tiempo con este cargador y puedo decir que es increíble, hasta ahora solo cargo mi celular pero lo hago hasta dos veces, estando en 15% el cargador y mi celular en 7% puse mi cel a cagar y llegó a 45%I've had this charger for quite some time and I can say it's incredible. So far I only charge my cell phone, but I do it up to two times. When the charger was at 15% and my cell phone was at 7%, I put my cell phone to charge and it reached 45%.

I bought this power bank to keep phone and other items charged during any power outages. It is hurricane season here and we have had power outages that lasted days during past seasons. This charger is small but powerful. It charged my phone from 41% to 100% in about 1 hour and 37 minutes. It probably would have taken less time but I was playing a game on my phone for most of that time. The charger still had 78% of the battery left after charging. Very happy with purchase.

This is a good deal heavier, small but bulkier, than I thought. About the height and width of a pack of cigarettes (if you recall). It's certainly very useable, just more lithium battery packed in a micro size. To order again if likely get the slightly taller, thinner size. Arrived with 47% charge (odd for Amazon).One star missing for the charging cord partition being empty; no mini USB "C." I've cords all over do not an issue. Should the cord be needed, would require sending back, etc. A schlep. It's neither classy or confidence building to forget to include the cord (see my screenshot, cord is intended to be in that space).Let's not exclude handy FLASHLIGHT. Bound to come in handy sooner or later. Two clicks side button ON, 2 OFF.20kmAh is a good deal of power in a small size. This should charge 5000 mAh phone battery thrice in need. Just FYI. Battery, while squarish, doesn't sit flat standing up, uneven bottom so wobbles, but not a real issue.Actual phone number in the states for issues! 3 year warranty, & info not hidden either. I keep my phone plugged in while doing graphical work (Samsung has battery protection). Rather than keep it plugged in to charger cord, 4 feet of cord plugged into the portable battery leave me free to move about.Highly recommended, even without the micro C charger you likely don't need. (Still a poor look INUI.) It's just arrived. Any issues I'm update.

I just got back from a 3 day camping trip. I have an IPhone 13 mini and was able to charge my phone multiple times and could have charged it more. My first time charging my phone went from 6% to 93% in 1.5 hours on the c port charger. I then took it off the portable charger dropped from 100% to 90% during that charge. I used it more that day and it recharged my phone from 72% to 100% that night. My next big charge went from 12% to 100% and the battery charger at this point was at 68%. I used the flashlight on the charger every night and did a couple smaller charges during that time. After coming home my charger was at 60% I have been thoroughly impressed by this charger and highly recommend!!! I definitely think it is one of the best chargers on the market or at least on Amazon.
