I’ve been trying to use this as pre work out. For this purpose I haven’t really noticed a difference it doesn’t make me tired but I also don’t feel a burst of energy. The product comes with a little scoop and I can’t taste it when I put it in my smoothie. Overall I’d say it’s more of a placebo then anything.
