Good upgrade

Good batteries
4/5 because my with first order, one was defective out of the box. These two seem fine so far, but just charging now. Will update once tested.Update: just a fluke!

this type of battery needs to be balanced charge.
Make sure your charger is the right one for this type of battery. These batteries charged well and had the capacity as labeled. Will see how long they last with usage.

Great power output lasted about 45 mins of bashing my slash 4x4 .

Very satisfied
The packaging came really nice and neat. I charged them up the day they were delivered and they took a full charge without issues. On first use I got the expected runtime and performance I thought I would based on the mAh. The batteries went on for the entirety of the use until it was completely discharged. For reference on a Traxxas Raptor R I got appriximately 30 minutes of runtime on moderate use. The plugs are very snug and tight. Very satisfied with the batteries.

Absolutely horrible service and product
I ordered 2 batteries at the end of November and since the day they came out the box they haven't worked. They are 3s 5200 mah batteries. I have reached out several times and bc they were ordered on Amazon you refuse to provide any support and redirect to Amazon. However any time I reach out to Amazon regarding this they direct me back to ovionics.This is absolutely one of the worst product support experiences I have ever had. I won't be buying anything else from you but would certainly either like a refund or a replacement for my batteries. They are in pristine condition and even the ovionics charge only recognizes 2 cells on the batteries. This needs to be worked out as Amazon keeps deferring to ovionics and ovionics defers to Amazon this is almost 80 dollars just wasted. Probably one of the worst products on Amazon from a service standpoint.

Mediocre run time
Compared to my other batteries with the same capacity these definitely don’t last as long.
