So I am throwing these into the trash bin because they are nor returnable. I love them! They wake me up and they don't wire me. I find them mild but potent.Be nice if they got rid of the red dye.

I did not feel any "peppier" after taking these like I did in the '80s

I’ve found myself extra tired during menopause. Caffeinated drinks make me nauseous and shaky. These are a great alternative but be careful! The instructions suggest taking 2 every morning. I have to open 1 capsule and dump half of it into the trash to avoid the nausea and jitters.
