Our original TV remote (LG) broke and was ~100$ to purchase directly from them. We purchased this remote instead and immediately noticed how simple it was to use. My husband put batteries in it and it connected to the TV immediately. In my hand, it feels sturdy. The roller ball feels much more secure than the LG remote. All of the buttons work as they should and have white symbols on them except for the volume up/down and channel up/down - that's the only thing I wish was different. Otherwise, so happy with the purchase and value.

It connected to my TV and bluetooth speakers / surround sound right out of the box and when I put the batteries inside! I was thinking I had to try out a bunch of codes like the other times but I was pleased to find out it connected itself.

I bought a new LG tv thinking it would have a remote like the one that came with an older model. It didn't. I ordered this one from Amazon and what do you know it performs just as the one on my older tv. Can't do any better than that. Great proiduct.

So far it works just as well as the two LG brand remotes did before my dog chewed them up. It does feel like some of the button actions are a little cheaper/less effective, but this is a much more affordable replacement than the LG ones so I will probably keep buying this.

Works great! Didn't have to program at all, just pointed at the TV and worked immediately... until my dog destroyed it. Got another one and worked perfect again! Now is it out of reach of the puppy 🐶

I purchased this remote because I wanted the voice command ability for my television. Half of the time the voice command is too slow and I have to repeat my request. Most times when the voice command works I am sent to channels that I do not subscribe to. Oddly the remote never shows me free TV shows. My main complaint is the rollerball to scroll for different features or channels. It is very deep in the remote and very difficult to reach with long fingernails. Sometimes a large arrow will appear on my TV screen and I need to move that around to find what I want. Other times there is no arrow. No rhyme or reason to the working of it. I also have a very difficult time with the power button. I usually have to push it at least three times for it to actually power the television off. I did not feel like this was a good expenditure.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this remote control as a replacement for the remote control that we spent hours looking for in the house. We have three year-old twins who love misplacing things. Literally arrived perfect condition and was the most simple remote ever. No set up Required. popped batteries in it and officially got our TV back. not to mention this remote was actually an improvement from the one that came with the TV as the joystick in the middle was 10 times easier to maneuver.On a sidenote, as soon as I got the remote control and we turned it on, we did find the one we lost, but that’s how life works.

I put batteries in it and it worked withut additional work. It is my fault that I did not get something that had different (white) coloring on the various controls/ I have trouble with identifying volume, mute, chnnel, etc.
