I found myself needing a webcam after adding 2 screens to my MacBook pro. Having the camera at an angle was less than ideal, and the MBP camera is 720p and a little fussy being the older M1 spec.Initially, I ordered another camera but sent it back as it wasn't possible to turn off the flicker from our downlights, and I could not get it to sit securely on the top of my monitor.This came, and it was very easy to set up - just plug it in. It sits securely on the top of my middle monitor and has a privacy lens (not sure I need it, but it can't hurt). Added bonus the port is USB C so it can be used with another cable if I take it on my travels.After installing the software, I had a bunch of pretty neat features, including anti-flicker and auto-tracking. Whilst the tracking is very cool, I found it distracting on a Slack call - it seems Slack zooms in a little more, and I found my head bouncing around the video square.It was a very good clear video, and the sound quality was also improved.

Fantastic. I’ve been scouting for a new webcam for about 2 months and tested one camera, which I subsequently returned, and then finally came to this one. The box it came in was really small and I thought it odd, however the camera quality you can feel 100%. The camera is a little long so you may need a bit of space behind either your laptop monitor of external monitor if you’re mounting it there. There’s a section at the bottom that allows you to mount this on a tripod if you wish.100% easy to use, as it’s simply plug and play. The wide angle is what I was looking for, if you’re wanting to show more then this is the camera for you. The AI features I don’t get to view as much as I use this camera for video calls but the feedback I get is that it skews everything crystal clear.Definitely recommend this webcam for anyone that’s looking for something better than their built in webcam.

Great video quality and the Ankerwork app is actually quite simple but effective. This can be used with USB 2.0 but you'll be restricted to 1080p. Really impressed, would have been nice to have an ir camera included for Windows hello at this price point though.

The media could not be loaded. The Ankerworks camera is incredible.Stunning 4k quality, excellent auto focus and packet with features.I purchased the camera to use mainly for youtube and I'm highly impressed.Amazing value for money!The ankerworks software opens up tons of features that ensure exposure, colour and fps is looking perfect.I've tried around 4 usb webcameras in the past and this is by far the best one I've seen.

I purchased this in August. When it arrived, Iwas quite impressed with the picture quality and features. However, this excitement didn't last long. The camera broke down shortly after the 30-day return period lapsed. It started flickering, the image was constantly switching from extremely overexposed to complete darkness, the camera started getting really hot to the touch, until eventing it will shut down completely and stop responding. I raised 3 support tickets with the manufacturer to try and resolve this under warranty. However, like all Anker rproducts, the customer support was nonexistent. I got a few very delayed copy/pasted messages with instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem. However, they were related to a completely different camera model which used a wireless connection. The advise was completely irrelevant and didn't provide a solution. After almost 2 months of no further reply, Amazon stepped in and issued a return lable for the defective product.While the camera has some great specs on paper, the build quality isn't great at this price tag. Expect to have to replace it within a month or so. It's best to go for one of the more reputable brands out there which offer similar or better functionality and more dependable readability and customer support.

Seems like a great webcam but did not work well with my Mac mini running Mac0S 15.4 Sequoia. I installed the AnkerWork software, updated the camera and had it up and running very easily. Good pictures and OK sound but the problem was that the camera kept dropping connection with my Mac so would need unplugging and reconnecting via the app. I gave up 10 minutes in to my first call after multiple disconnects. Back to my basic old web cam that just works every time. It's a shame that good webcams often don't work well with Mac.

I really like this camera. I did try a couple of cameras in the mid £50 range, however, the video quality wasn't great.But no issues with this camera. Even if there is glaring light on my face, instead of my face being bleached out, the camera adjusts and gives the best image possible.Highly recommended.

It’s big and chunky , has a weight of quality, superb picture quality. Primarily used for teams meetings but love the design and the big red dot that closes up when you manually shut the iris. And good value in my opinion. Does look like the end of a colt facing you with those angled vent detail on the sides. Happy with another quality Anker product.
