I have been taking Black Maca Elite for a few months and has certainly boosted my vitality.

The media could not be loaded. I don't think ashwagandha is a good mix, with black maca because black maca is supposed to cause stamina increase more or less within an hour or so, much like taking a pre-workout it enhances libido as well, and may help with sport, normally I used to take powder form at 5g a day, and would feel the effects same day within 1 hour, this one didn't, it's not as potent as the 5g I take from powder form of the organic black maca, but it does do something, I can feel it but it's weak.Ashwagandha is better for a couple hours before bed time, it helps me sleep a bit longer and that in turn gives me more stamina and restful sleep in the morning. it's dose is okay too at 400mg but the Maca extracts are never as potent as the powder form. Perhaps the ashwagandha mix is causing it to be reduced in some way? Just a thought you might want to look into.Dosage is 2 per day with a meal, but some water as they are capsules. There are 60 capsules so will last 30 days if taking every day. Although not as potent as I'm used to, It may work better for people who aren't used to higher doses.This is basically for stamina and libido function, the bioperine is for helping the absorption of the other two into the body. Just the black maca and bioperine, is all that is really needed in my opinion. I'd like to see that in the future, ashwagandha is also better alone.

It is really good. Give me energy at day and i can still sleep well at night. Have be continously use it, daily.
