Works as a basic 4g router, but very slow
Device is limited due to a slow CPU, is basically a custom configured openwrt router platform. But the os has been severely hacked up to look like a custom cellular router device. You have no access to shell or most needed functions. Requested a firmware update from the mfg , actually got one emailed to me. Didn't help any, actually became worse. It's now very unstable and drops connections repeatedly. If you just need basic Internet access. It will do that, but not much else.

Fantastic.
This worked fantastic. The standard antenna connecters are very nice. I tried the included ones and they worked great. I mounted this into my truck and it provides excellent internet. Its small easy to mount and works great. Very much recommend.

A normal device is not suitable
I will not see a difference in network coverage. It is not worth buying more than $20. It is a very ordinary device.

Limited Carriers, not as user friendly, but has good setup videos
There are a few things that I like and dislike about this product. For starters, if the application is for vending machines or publicly accessed machines it is very vulnerable to getting the sim card stolen. If that is the application, I would suggest a lockable box that would allow for the antennas to go outside of it for better security. Otherwise, anyone can come in and just steal it. Secondly, if you are not familiar with networking this can have a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setup and security. It is not as user friendly as I would personally like, but if this is your business, it wonât take long for you to get the hang of setting them up. They have provided decent instructional videos, which I give them kiddos for. Lastly, I am a little disappointed with the approved carrier only being T-Mobile, leaving Verizon and AT&T out of the equation. While T-Mobile has a large network, personally I find their service lacking. Outside of that, it works fairly well, and the price is not bad at $159. If this is for a business, you can more than justify the cost.
