Impressive package
This frame came with a template to hang it, gloves, a mini level and detailed instructions. It’s beautiful and was so easy to hang! Would definitely purchase again!

The perfect frame
Although this “frame” is not your normal frame, it’s absolutely beautiful, well made, and not difficult to mountYour photo or artwork in. It’ elegant in its simplicity and is a real eye-catcher. I highly recommend it. Mine is a 16 x 20.

Acrylic glass already scratched on arrival.
The picture frame is very stylish in my opinion and easy to mount. It looks great on the wall. However, upon peeling off the protective foil from the "glass" surfaces, scratches already revealed. Furthermore, the double sided tapes that are meant to fix the picture within the frame, will shine through the picture when the light hits at a certain angle. I may have bought a "lemon" and still would recommend the picture frame, but I also would recommend to not use the double sided tape to fix the picture in place within the frame. The scratches does not reveal in the picture I posted, due to reflection, the biggest scratch is in the red circle but only visible at some angles. This brings me to the next negative critic: A slight matte finish would allow to actually see the picture. But this brand is not the only one to be guilty of this oversight.
