Amazing little device! From the first time I opened the box and used it, I can feel my lungs are expanded and can breathe in deeper. I’m using the largest metal ball provided. I have been suffering with three week old, extremely bad flu that’s floored me and gone to my chest and keep losing my voice. (Excuse the description - green sticky phlegm). Straight away I’m bringing up more phlegm. By the second morning (4th usage) I can feel it’s expanding my lungs which I can feel noticeably and expelling the phlegm even quicker and I’m feeling better in myself physically. Separately to the flu, I have also been having unknown allergies for years causing severe sinusitis in my face which oddly and noticeably feels better also by day 2 (perhaps the vibrations?) Today I can actually touch my face without the excruciating pain. WIN - WIN! How did I not know about this device before! It’s very well built and sturdy and comes in a cute little box for storage so nothing gets lost. Worth every penny in my opinion. Thank you!

Was a little sceptical but it does really work, I use the middle ball think it's great for the price

I got this in the hope that it would help with my COPD.I must admit that I gave up after a few puffs as I was getting very breathless.Having said that, it did seem to help move the clag off my lungs.I must have another go & persavere with it as the benefits should be beneficial.

This might work for some I guess. The selling point is used by navy seal divers. Sure.Thinking about how this device works from a logical point of view it makes no sense at all that it would help with anything.I bought it as a gift for my mum and she uses it daily just not to waste my money. Sweet but she said it does nothing. However, plant something into the mind of people and more than likely they will believe it does something useful.I can not find any sceinxric evidence to prove this device does anything either. As they say, say something enough times and people start to believe it.It is practical. You get a nice case with three ball bearings and a replacement mouth piece

Seems like a great product at a very good priceEven my 4 year old had a small go and was getting it to vibrate correctly within seconds clearing his airway of mucas immediately.

This is a really good product. It does the job and it’s nice to have the different levels of pressure with the different size balls.

I, personally, am extremely underwhelmed by this device!I have tried it continuously, all three different balls, as instructed and to be honest, I just did not see any results... bar just ONE time I felt a little tickle of a cough, but usually happens when I breath out hard anyway...Before I explain my issues / problems; I would like to add that this is still a good-quality product, with clear instructions and safety information, guidelines and support / help. It is definitely worth a try for the average person with minor / wavering difficulties, but my personal experience is not very good at all...I have severe lung conditions, asthma, COPD, Emphysema AND (before I ever started smoking when I was 15 years old, this started 3 years BEFORE I ever smoked, so it has NOTHING to do with smoking and is NOT Tar!!! + NO ONE Smoked around me when I was young, in fact NO ONE was a smoker who I grew up with / near...) I constantly expel this THICK BLACK gloopy substance that constantly clogs up my lungs and paints my throat ALL DAY, EVERY DAY and this device did NOT help me get any of this thick black stuff to come up / out of my lungs OR my throat (I used to smoke and take drugs because that caused it to be expelled regularly - easily 1 Pint-a-day of this VantaBlack substance, but after stopping smoking, drinking AND taking drugs for over 2 years straight, it has become extremely difficult for me to cough it up and I was expecting this, due to the positive feedback of others, to work and help me bring up the black stuff... but nope!
