Blade quality is not good.
I don't recommend to the person to buy because the blade how many time you sharp never sharp nice and i pay this much this is not a chef knife is non chef knife.

Not as hard as advertised
After a week of cutting veg it's dull and it was supposed to be 60+ hardness. Visible scratches on the blade and best part is you can get a set of this knifes on Ali for £25
