Pretty set but small
Pretty cups but they seem smaller than expected. We’re gonna purchase mugs to go with our appetite for more coffee in the am.

Flaw in one handle but excellent customer service
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked these 16 oz. coffee mugs because they match my Le Tauci bowls and crocks. Unfortunately, as I poured coffee into one of the mugs, I heard a pop & the bottom part of the handle cracked. I did contact the company & they responded quickly. They could not replace just this one mug since it came in a set, so as a resolution they offered a partial refund. They did indicate they will also investigate & determine what could've caused the quality issue, so I feel like they are concerned about it. I have not had any issues with the crocks that also have handles. Overall, this is a good product. Maybe just a fluke.
