As an avid Monopoly collector with over 300 boards, the Hasbro Gaming Monopoly: Indiana Jones Edition was an essential addition to my collection. The “chance” and “community chest” cards differ slightly from traditional Monopoly. Positive changes in my opinion. I liked the additional bonuses created from the artifacts to the game that add some fun without affecting gameplay too much.

It was a gift for my nephew because he loves indiana jones. He was really enjoying the golden idol lol.

Fun take on monopoly-a little hard to grasp the first time playing but has become a go to for game night in my house. It’s definitely a quicker play than regular monopoly which is good when you’re not ready to make it an all day game day.

Nice tokens and artifacts. Game board is great with excellent and thematic artwork. The same goes for the money. I really don't like spiders, but these are cartoony enough to be okay to handle. The action cards are great.I wish they included Crystal Skull references, but still okay.Really wish they provided a money dispenser (money shoe). Now I will have to buy one separately.Bottom line: Good game and fun.

At first when I read other reviews I was reluctant to purchase when customers complained about game-boxes being badly damaged but mine was gladly pristine. The board is awesome, very attractive and properties are all familiar from the original trilogy. A couple notable villains will make you chuckle that represent the traditional Luxury & Income Tax spaces. The houses are spiders, the hotels snakes and the traditional Chance is Fortune & Glory and Community Chest is Traps & Chases and are quite humorous with movie references. A twist are four metal artifacts & cards (Holy Grail, Shankara Stones, Ark of the Covenant, Golden Idol) on the board you can collect which offer definite financial bonuses. The player pieces are also metal and represent things like Indy's whip, Fedora, the motorcycle etc. The snakes & spiders are plastic. All the metal & plastic pieces are very tiny so beware if small kids are around. There also is no money tray which is disappointing. Overall I think this game is everything I could hope for and I can recommend.

Its just like regular monopoly but so much cooler and there are a few additional twists. We really enjoyed playing it
