Functional with a good layout
This journal is really thought out from an organizational standpoint. I really like the progress tracker section (you can track 10 things/habits for 33 weeks). The entire journal is very neat and and simple to use. The cover is hard, so it'll hold up well. And the size is good; can easily slide into a purse or gym bag without taking up much room.

Quality Workout Journal
This workout book is excellent. A bit smaller than I was expecting, but we'll worry about that once I fill up all of the pages. Haha. But seriously it's going to be extremely helpful for me to keep track of my progress. I looked at apps, but honestly prefer something more tangible and this meets every checkmark.

This book is a game changer for staying consistent and tracking your progress.
I have used apps on my phone to track my progress and it was hard to flip back-and-forth and see where I’ve grown and stay consistent. This book has been one of the game changers for me staying consistent and motivating others at the gym. I love the goals and tracking and even the picture page in the front. I’m actually now on my second book and When I tell people at the gym that they really need to track their progress and my coach sees this, it really shows and I love the way the pages are laid out. I love the notes. I love the workout layouts. I love that it’s not dated as well. This is one of the best products I’ve ever purchased in my entire workout journey. I wish the listing had more pictures, but I promise you this is worth the purchase and it’s very affordable. Get the two pack- You will go through it if you stay consistent and don’t want to miss out. One book lasted me about 3 months of every single day tracking.

This book used to be perfect, why did they change it?
I’m putting this edit right at the top of my review because they just changed how this book is made, and they changed a key feature. I’ve bought several of these, most recently in August 2024, and it’s no longer a 5-star book. One of my favorite things about it was that unlike other fitness journals, the spiral was the perfect size to keep a pen inside. Now it’s smaller, and my pen doesn’t fit. Now I have to shop for another fitness journal because my pen keeps falling off and it’s super annoying.Having said that, here’s my original review:Yes, there are cheaper fitness journals out there. Spend the extra couple bucks and get this one. On the outside, the cover is perfect - light yet stiff enough for writing on pages while standing - and the spiral is the perfect size for fitting a pen inside. Also, the band doesn't immediately become stretched out and useless like other fitness journals. On the inside, the line spacing is perfect, and it has just the right number of pages to make me feel like I've accomplished something big each time I fill up a book and buy a new one. Stop searching for the best deal & buy this one.
