This was a great plug and play multi card reader with USB 3 speeds. Al the card slots usually found on both new and older devices. Nice quality and build will make different storage capacity available and increase the utility of any PC with USB 3. Once tested I found data transfer speed was excellent.

Works as intended and reads all common cards. Just plug in the USB, preferably in a 3.1 socket, and it works

This item is well built, and does the job really well, connecting at high speeds with the right cards and connected to USB3. It's a worthwhile product if you need to connect lots of different styles of SD cards, especially if you need to shift large videos to the PC at decent speeds, and I can't fault the build quality in any way. It's solidly constructed and doesn't seem like it will break if thrown into a bag. However, it's not without it's flaws.#1 Cable Length. It's a strange length. It's too short to run from my desktop to the tabletop. If I run it from my usb hub on the desktop (at USB2 speeds, but that's my hubs fault, not this) then it's too long. This is compounded by the second issue.#2 Item weight. The cable quality is great, it's a proper USB3 cable. But that's where the problems stem from. The actual device is very lightweight. So when you plug the USB end into something, due to the length of the cable, it kind of sits at a wonky angle due to the heft of the cable and the lightweight nature of the device.Minor flaws of an otherwise very good product. It would get 5 stars if they made the cable longer and added a bit of weight to the device itself. With the cable I'd say another 3 inches (5cm) would be enough, and maybe 1/4 oz (7g) weight in the device.Neither are deal breakers, and I will continue to use it, just annoyances that could be fixed with rv2.0

Excellent product, right from the packaging and sharp design to its fast operation.This Ugreen card reader has a smart and sleek design. The body feels solid and well made. Even the cable is stout and the right length; not too short nor too long. Its USB3 speed is noticeably faster than my old reader which comes in handy when downloading large DSLR cards. It can also handle multiple cards simultaneously which saves a lot of time. No need to copy everything to the pc before moving it on to other storage. The packaging is attractive and sufficiently protects the product in transit without being too bulky or resulting in too much waste.I think that for its price this Ugreen card reader is very good value. Bought it back in 2021 and it still works. Had no issues with it so far.

This has just arrived - I have a (rather expensive) Sony card reader for XQD/SD cards which has just started to fail to access any of my SD/Micro SD cards but it reads/writes to all my XQD cards perfectly. So ordered this UGreen reader and instantly all my SD/Micro SD cards are being accessed and read so have no hesitation in giving this item a 5 Star rating for the price it sells at. Well made and solid - the cable could be a little longer but that is a minor issue and does not degrade from the performance of this card reader. Well worth the price.

As with all of the ugreen products that I have used, this is built well and works with a degree of confidence. Have only tried it for micro sd, so can’t comment on the other functions, but a card that would not work in other readers, worked perfectly when used with this. Ugreen are becoming a trustworthy company, their quality control is noticeably more decent than adjacent companies.

It works and it is usb 3.0 but the glossy plastic is prone to lost of fingerprints, a tad expensive for what it does but it works, if you absolutely want this one go for it if not get a cheaper one
