To be clear - the negative reviews are from people who don't like ginger candy. Ginger candy is an acquired taste.These are great tasting if you love ginger candy - these have the flavor of ginger + fruit in every piece of candy. Sugar free and natural ingredients is the reason I bought this brand. The fruit flavors all come from essential fruit oils, and the color comes from the spice cumin.Some reviewers mentioned gastric upset. Yes, one of the sweeteners is isomalt and if you pig out and eat too many a day it may cause gas or worse. Isomalt, like all low calorie sugar-alcohol sweeteners, can do that - the seller even gives a warning above about the laxative effect with over-consumption. Isomalt is found naturally in some fruits like apples, however, so the difference is quantity. (IIRC sugar-alcohol is necessary to make candy hard when sugar is absent).Just eat them in moderation and they were fine for me. I am one of those people who is very sensitive to sugar-alcohol sweeteners, and these did not cause any gastric upset if I ate just several pieces a day - great for dieting if I am a little hungry but it's not time to eat yet.

The taste was good except the after taste.

Be warned.. if your tummy is sensitive to sugar alcohol, only eat a couple and see how you do after an hour. I say this because these are very addictive and I've suffered a bit with bubble guts and runs several times by eating to many at one time. Other than that, great flavor if you like ginger. Price is a bit high for the amount received and size of candy, but I keep coming back for more.

There is a strong flavor with some heat, but that is what makes them delicious to me.

The description for this sugar free Ginger candy states multiple times in different ways that it is "Sweetened with Natural Stevia" Even the box that the candy comes in says that it is sweetened with Stevia. However the actual ingredient listing on the insert says the sweetener is Sucralose and Acesulfame K and isomalt. DOES NOT EVEN MENTION STEVIA! Blatant false advertising!

Not what I was expecting. I accidentally ordered this thinking it was a straight ginger flavor but it has citrus flavors mixed in. Not terrible but not my fav either. It does have that spicy ginger kick which is nice.

There’s no way anyone would know these candies are sugar free! Absolutely delicious and satisfying. Very high quality and well worth the price. Will order again.

I love these candies; you can feel the spice in the flavor, and an extra point is that they are sugar-free and gluten-free.
