Hello product had very condition day after delivery I used product but there was a motor issues then next day only I sold it & purchase new one i don't understand why amazon sell such products.it was fraud for us. Bought the Activa Mixer Grinder. Initially worked well, but the knob on the jar broke, making it unusable. Disappointed with the durability. Wouldn’t recommend for long-term use. We're using this mixer approx. by now and trust me every day you'll be visiting centre for replacement or fixing of jar rotor the bottom plastic one because it's gets tight once or twice after use and you'll get smoke from jar. My wife getting scared to use this mixer in the name of brand they are giving cheap quality jars. Go for any other brand Very low on quality, noisy and there are no extra blades, the attached blades are not grinding enough because they are flat and blunt... Very upsetting product from a universal platform.
