Got one of these for our family at Christmas and we absolutely love it. I looked around at various digital frames and this one seemed to be the best. The display is lovely, it is so easy to add pictures, the features are great - you can set it to display a photo all day or for anything from 10 minutes upwards. It goes off when it gets dark and comes back on in the morning you can change that to whatever you want too. It is so user friendly and well made. It costs more than some of the other options but I think it is worth the extra because it is just so good - it does what it says it will do, and does it really well.The best part of this is having all those family photos on show. So many of our pictures stay on our phones and rarely get seen. I can't explain how lovely it is to be reminded of family days out or funny moments captured in pictures. It is so nice and brings the family together. It makes us happy! So I would definitely absolutely completely highly recommend getting one of these!!!

Got this for my mum for Mother’s Day.Lovely price of kit. Easy to set up and a breeze uploading photos as well. All you have to do first is download the App and create an account which doesn’t take too long.Both my brothers and their wives have done this and in a matter of a few minutes mum had loads of pictures on it.The thing itself looks really cool. Screen is nice and big and well lit so you can see the photos clearly. A winner all round.

This product is of the highest quality, the app is excellent, it’s really easy to set up and use, it has a great feature to gift it to someone and it’s ready when they open it, you can send photos from your phone or straight from WhatsApp in a few clicks… I added over 1000 photos in less than 10 minutes… the picture quality is excellent and the photo pairing is clever… honestly the most 5 star product you can buy… no strings attached or hidden costs when you buy it… excellent product… everyone who has seen wants to buy it themselves… as I said I don’t ever leave reviews but this is worthy… it has brought joy to our days looking at all the photos that slideshow and going down memory lane… looks very sleek too

A really good quality photo frame. Not the cheapest photo frame available but very clear images. Also plays videos up to 30 seconds. Very easy to set up & you can invite friends & family to add images to your collection. Please note the images are downloaded from the companies website on which they claim are unlimited storage. I must admit I would have liked the additional option of storing on an sd card which could then be inserted should anything happen to companies website. Recommended purchase

Great way to stay connected with family, especially when they live far away. App is pretty easy to use to add photos to your frame and others frames. It looks nice in our home, photo quality is great. Exactly what we were looking for!

My mum is delighted with her photoframe - the quality and size of it are great. And it's really easy for us all to upload photos on it using the app.

Bought this for my techniphobic parents. Took it over to their house to set it up for them.I had some issues connecting it to their wifi. Did the usual rebooting the router etc. Eventually I managed to by moving it to a different location within the room with the router. Luckily for us, it was a convenient place to leave the frame but it would have been disappointing if it didn't work in a desired location Eg in the hallway.I wanted a frame to which other family members could send photos remotely without my parents having to do anything. The Aura frame has a unique email address and after registering the family members that could send to it, it's been impeccable.The image quality really is very good. I'm a software developer and I like my gadgets and I was really impressed with the image it produces.My parents were blown away with it. And now they get a steady flow of new photos turning up in their lounge.After purchasing it, Aura sent me a voucher to use against another frame so we're going to get one ourselves.

The frame was purchased as a Christmas present in December 2023 and up until now I've loved the frame. Setup was easy, the app is intuitive and the picture has been really clear. With the click of a few buttons I could get hundreds of photos loaded onto the frame really quickly. However, after only 9 months, and only ever having it on for a few hours in the evening, the picture started to go fuzzy and now the frame won't turn on at all. I've tried unplugging the frame and moved it to a different power source but to no avail. I've since noticed similar reviews that state the same thing. This is incredibly disappointing given the price of the frame, I hadn't expected to have to replace it less than a year after purchasing it.
