Good router, bad warranty terms
The product is good and easy to use. Came with the collets mentioned in description.The product comes with warranty only for the two components of the motor - the rotor and stator. If you're making a good product, you should stand by the quality of the whole product, and provide warranty for the full machine/tool. The rotor and the stator do not make the product, even though they are essential parts of the product.

Excellent Product, Must Buy without any hesitation
This is the 3RD time I have bought anything from iBELL. Before this, iBELL's Welding Machine and iBELL's Welding Helmet have been purchased. Both are very good products. And everything I bought for my DIY project. I have been wanting to get a Palm Router for a long time. So I was waiting for the Amazon Festival Season Sale. And the day came. I was looking to buy a good Palm Router. Makita or Bosch palm routers are good but the price is very high. But I could not rely on low-cost routers. Just then I got the moon in my hand when I searched and saw that iBELL's Palm Router is also being sold in Amazon's Festive sale. I know iBELL is a good company and the price of the router is very reasonable. I ordered the Palm Router Trimmer on Amazon without thinking twice. Delivery was done on time with very good packaging. Three collets of different sizes have been given along with other accessories. And there are two extra carbon brush. Many things can be written about this Palm Router but I will end here. You can buy it without any hesitation. Online registration will get 6 months warranty. Thanks to Amazon and iBELL for delivering such a beautiful product to me. Thank You

Product Is powerful but 8mm bit does not fit
No doubt product is sturdy and easy to use but as the mentioned in their description that it does support maximum chuck size 8mm bit....."That is not true", it would be better if they provide additional Collet Chuck Adapter of 8mm. Unfortunately at the time of purchasing this palm router I also purchased a Bit-Set of 8mm of Rs. 1199 ( Image Attached ) and so I wasted my money. I suggest Ibell Company either provide 8mm Collet chuck-nut or remove 8mm from its description. Because this kind of description confuses people.
