The old had had a few cuts in the wire. New works great. Actually seems like it charges faster.

1 star- Return window closed January 31, 2025. On February 25 it won’t charge my laptop. I tried all the troubleshooting steps and the company offers no other support so I guess it’s just trash now.Update 3/4/25 company contacted me and sent me a replacement charger. The new one works. Thank you!

I received the item on time, and it worked perfectly with my windows surface, PC. Addition, the price was about 1/3 of what it was on Best Buy. So it was a good value.
