OptiPlex 7020 SFF Desktop PC Computer i7 4770 16GB RAM 512GB SSD Windows 11 Pro 300Mbps WIFI (Renewed)

I have given this item a 5 star rating as for the first 4 months after purchase it was great - took up less dpace than my previous desktop but, unfortunately, from 4th April for 8 weeks due to illness and a revuperation holiday I was unable to use it. On return I found that it wouldn't boot up - if that is the correct term - so am now waiting for collection to be arranged for repair etc.

This was bought on behalf of a neighbour whose previous refurbished Dell stopped working and could not use Windows 11 anyway. It was easy to set up with existing printer etc. No issues to date!

The tower is great however it says in product specifications that the box contains keyboard and mouse which there isn't? That is my only issue so needs removing from specifications

Nice compact size, runs quite fast and does everything i need.It's nice to buy something that does exactly what it says it does

I have to say it: I'm not really happy with this item. To be completely honest, I didn't quite check everything out before I hit the purchase button. As regards to its size, I can't complain, compared to big, bulky HDD's that you can buy.So, here's where it all went downhill for me...The OptiPlex 7020 SFF Desktop PC is Online Continuously.Even when you Shut Down the computer, it reboots. The idea, I believe, is pretty much like the Chromebook's Online advantages, though this is the Microsoft version working by the "One Drive" that keeps all your stuff on the Cloud.The Boot Up time can't really be faulted - because it's direct from the Cloud, but this is something that in my opinion can lead to problems. Music, Video, Documents and even Apps, have a very slow pass-transfer rate, even when moving from one folder on the PC's HDD to another folder - way too slow, and with packing Windows 11, too, it is slow.The various Input connections, including audio and HDMI connections are somehow unsupported, while my 5.1 Dolby Surround speaker system is completely unrecognized, which has me opting for only the Internal Speakers or Bluetooth access. Of course, the 2 TB HDD is good storage, though the transfer rate lets it down greatly.If you are a young student who wants to save money on today's high priced PC's and Laptops, then buy this. It does give little, but it may be sufficient for your daily needs in the 365 free trial - Or get yourself the MS Office 2024 Complete for a fraction of the price.If given the chance again, I would definitely opt out of buying this computer HDD - with Win11 - which was one of the main reasons for buying. If you expect to run Nord VPN on this computer, I would highly recommend installing a Phantom before downloading your VPN. It will be a security blip that comes up with Nord, and one that they cannot fix.Accessibility is simple. Type in your password and your system boots up from Sleep Mode. Access to you're MS Live or MS Hotmail account is intermittent, sometimes unreachable, while bombarding you with prompts to type in your code - that gives no clue as to where this code goes!This is a basic HDD, hence the cheap price, which also calls into question other, more important downsides. A built in Firewall and Antivirus free, and yet can only be configured to the benefit of MS.

Product as described. Very good spec mini tower PC, clean case, no scratch, good value for money. Seller came step ahead and send the missing accessories. Came preinstalled with Windows 11.I can highly recommend this product and the seller.

Bought this desk top PC as my old windows 7 model had died a death.Wow was l surprised at the difference in speed and quietness. Super clean and well worth the little money. Wish l had updated years ago. Easy to set up as long as you have a Microsoft account first. Once that was set up the rest was a breeze. Just now trying to get used to Windows 10Thoroughly recommend.
