I like to a lot of repair and woodworking projects and sometimes, like when working with black metal or plastic, a regular Sharpie style marker won't cut it for marking length of items of holes to be drilled. This little paint pen is perfect for these purposes as it has a fine enough point to get through small holes to mark the surface underneath, and it bonds well to metal and plastic.I used it to mark the VIN of my old trailer in case the Vin plate I attached falls off at some point in the future. It was easy to work with and flowed nicely, even when used upside down (I did have to shake it a couple of times, but that's to be expected). Great value for a nice paint pen.

My best friend passed away and was in the middle of restoring his dream car a 66 Cutlass convertible but passed before he finished. But he had a model car of the same year as his dream car so as tribute to him I am building the model the same way he wanted his dream car to look. Using the same exact paint as the car was going to be. This highlights the chrome parts perfectly. Even the parts that are molded into the body of the car that are supposed to be chrome. The different size tips make it easier to cover all the small details. You just have to go slow and steady. I will be adding a picture when the model is done so you can judge for yourself. I would highly recommend this product if you are doing any kind of modeling or craft, and the price was reasonable. If I need anything more like this I will be coming back to this company.

not quite what I was expecting. they do work

I have not written a review before, if it's a poor product, I don't order from the company again. These pens are just as described....... First time ordering a pen, researched many for awhile then decided on these pens. Honestly...I thought for sure I wouldn't order again. Well....I have placed another order. I'm amazed how they look exactly like chrome once try,no streaking or overruns, fills in scratches(just add a little more in the area). What you should do for perfect application is push on the pen on the item you are chroming. To get the pen started I push the tip down on a piece of cardboard, wipe the end of tip off then applied. Never do this on the item. There is a short window where you can stop then restart due to the pen tip possibly picking up dust or debri or you want a heavier application in that area. Most of the time it's not the pen being defective. Best Wishes folks!

Great on products such as leather…. NOT fabrics

I bought the ZOET Chrome Marker Pens for some 90-year-oId ornate door hinges I was attempting to refurbish. Once nice and shiny, they were now far more dull battleship gray than silvery reflective chrome and unlike my equally-aged brass hinges that had solutions for refurbishing, there didn't seem to be a thing I could do about it...UNTIL I brought these pens. No kidding, my hinges look like they're brand new shiny, reflective chrome. I took a picture, but it didn't do justice to the reflective quality that makes these such a great product. I'm not sure how durable it will be, but I can always just give a quick flick of the pen to brighten it up. Really surprised and pleased at just how realistic it looks!

Nice metallic pens, good for art and correct scratches in metal.
