Best informal word game
We love to play this game with house rules--we don't accept proper nouns like names or acronyms, and the word has to be in a real dictionary (sorry UrbanDictionary, you don't count!). The best aspect of this game is that once you are done you can wander around and help others with their words. There's chatter about the validity of words, there are side conversations about strategy, there are compliments on the words people come up with--the game really gets people talking. It works with my 90 yr old family members as well as my teenagers. We don't keep score so there are no tears or arguments like with other games (Monopoly). Also it helps bolster your kid's vocabulary. All around it is a wonderful game.

Fun Game!
If you enjoy a challenging game of strategy, you'll love this game. Me and my girlfriends have Game Day every other week and often play this game.

3rd Graders Ask for Dabble
Very simple to put together and durable. Students are enjoying it. We are just putting words together right now…not really playing by the rules yet or using the timer. They are keeping their scores. It’s a hit!

We love Dabble!
I gave this game to my young adult daughter and we played it many times over the Christmas holidays. Lots of fun - we love board games and word games especially, and this was a hit! Easy to learn. Ages 20 - 80+ enjoyed!

Such a FUN game
LOVE this game! Did not think anything about it was cheaply made.I read others complain about the stands being cheap and not sturdy and that you can see through the tiles. I found NONE of this to be true. Not sure if they improved the product since then. But the stands were sturdy and easy to out together and take apart (1 piece to put on). You cannot see through the tiles. My family and I really enjoy this game. Highly recommed.

Best Game Ever
I love this game. I would play it by myself- and actually, it is a game you can play alone. My husband doesn't like it as much- he's not as in to words. It can be tough to make a 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 letter word out of your 20 letters. I love it, and almost always find the words- my husband almost never does, so he doesn't want to play. If you are playing with someone who isn't evenly matched with you, they are not going to want to play. This is a game where verbal differences become apparent really fast. If, however, you have a worthy opponent in your house, or you do not mind playing alone, this game is for you. I'd think youngsters without good vocabularies would have a very tough time- but it wouldn't have to be competitive. You could, I think, play this in teams- and that would actually build vocabulary. I'm thinking of getting this for my high school classes, because I think it would help my less functional students if they were paired with better students. We also had problems getting the word stands together- the plastic was not molded properly, and we had to shave some defective bumps off so the stand would fit together. Finally, there are ll's and rr's so you can do Spanish words- which is nice. The only words you are not supposed to use are abbreviations and Proper names.
