I've been in braces for 18 months now. I've been using these to keep my teeth clean. They work well if you have braces. I tried other approaches water flosser, fishing the line through the braces and etc... These seem to be the least hassle and still get the job done.

Recently got braces and regular floss just won't do. Got these and I can get behind the bracket to floss but sometimes it's not narrow enough for some areas especially if I just got an adjustment. Pretty good product but I back it up with directed floss string (specifically made for flossing with braces)
