So far its a 4 star havent used yet is why, but to the anonymous person with the empty tubes, they came that way for all of us, your supposed to put the sewing needles in the packets in the tubes. Wow some people just dont use there brains. If there cracked tubes o well you got your sewing needles just need a place for them thats all. Bless your little heart.

Truly universal.
These worked great! I’ve been sewing really heavy things so if you break one no big deal. They rarely broke off anyway but they really are universal. I used themWith my Janome machine.
