We use this at home, so this is not a professional review. We had used a child-focused set of clippers for years, but the adjustable frame broke and is not replaceable. I chose this clipper set after reading good reviews. I wasn't excited about having to change the head for every setting change, but once you figure it out, it's pretty easy. It did not come with a set of instructions (not sure if this is standard or they disappeared). I was able to read online and figure it out without breaking the clippers. They work really well and didn't seem to lose power before we were finished like my last clippers would occasionally do.The whole device is sturdy, and it was easy to clean. It's not at all loud, and the hair trims for my husband and son were both easy. Without the guards, it's a pretty smooth shave, as well. The design is good, though be careful to take the guards off correctly, as our first attempt was pulling on a part that should not come off.Overall, we are very happy with this set of clippers.

My hair was getting unbearably long and my barber was out of town. I could not wait to cut my hair any longer with spring approaching and looking like Sasquatch. On a whim I purchased this Wahl set by same day delivery. My girlfriend said she would cut my hair but I got impatient and tried it out myself after watching a couple YouTube videos and trying my best to remember how my barber gets it done. Package came with a charger, two combs, scissors, a bunch of guards of various sizes up to 1”, plus oil and a brush for cleaning, all in a little travel bag. After charging it up, I went to the bathroom and tried the 3/4 guard on my sideburns. It looked like a decent length so I ran with it all around my head, then took off the guard to get around my ears, clean up my neck, etc. By the end, I had a cut as good as some cuts I’ve paid for in the past. The operation of the clippers did not cross my mind, they were as good as what I’d expect at the barber but less fancy looking. More importantly, I felt really confident that I was able to get it done by myself. Several people even complimented me on my haircut and told me they never would have guessed I did it myself!!I really like the color coded guards, that the motor feels powerful, and the total package seems like a great value as I typically would pay around $25+ plus tip for a similar cut. All in all, happy to save money, time, and do something that feels self sufficient for myself and will keep me looking fresh. Highly suggest this kit!

I was 2 months without a haircut when I seen this product read the reviews then ordered it. Arrived on time and no damage upon inspection. First hair cut went smoothly my didn't get hair tugged which was great considering that it had been a while since I had a haircut. The clippers fit well in my hand making these really comfortable to use. The noise level is decent, more noisy then my last clippers but nothing bad. I've used the clippers multiple times since and so far no problems. I wasn't expecting the product to be good quality but for the price I have been amazed as I only paid around $30 dollars. There is no adjuster on the head of the clippers like most have but if you cut your hair at home its not a big deal at all. I highly recommend as they are great for the price

Works well for a time. Not easy to clean as the blade does not pop off easily.. We tried to remove the blade for cleaning, then replace it, but were unsuccessful. We ended up purchasing a replacement.Interestingly, we have clippers for our dog that have a blade that is easily removeable for cleaning. We do it after every haircut.

I used this to cut all of the boys hair in my house. It worked great on my husband's thick hair as well as my twin toddlers thinner hair. The sizing clip was easy to exchange and I loved that it was cordless. I was able to shave all 3 of their heads without plugging it in once. It is a little louder than I would have expected.

Tool saves me a lot of money it is already paid for itself because if you get your haircut anywhere it's going to be the price of this machine and a lot more for the tip included. Never again will I go to the haircut place because they used to gouge me for another 2 to 4 bucks by doing my eyebrows which I did not ask for and you can do it yourself with this machine with all the attachments. The quality is good and I think it will last a long time, it's a great deal I highly recommend this if you want to save up ton of money

I have a Wahl hair trimmer that is over 40 years old. I felt that it was time gor an upgrade. This trimmer works great. I enjoy how light it is and it cuts great. In my mind, Wahl is still the best.

Excellent for self-cutting hair at home! I bought this to replace a small "groomer type" trimmer and am happy with the result. The clipper has a good solid feel. I charged it well over five hours before using and have cut my hair several timessince without charging. The instructions are fair but seem more for knowledgeable users than rank amateurs. I did find more information online regarding some questions I had. I would buy this again.
