Good bit of kit
Overall really good and does the job very well. The occasional crackle but this could be my issue not the kit.

Great audio quality
I wasn’t expecting a lot of this, but it really surpassed my expectations, especially in the quality of the microphone. It easily picks up speakers in a fairly large room, filtering out the background noises. Very impressed.

Sounds like you are in a cave
Bought this on a Black Friday deal for my working from home set-up. I was previously using the mics on a Logitech C270 webcam for input and an external hi-fi amplifier and speakers for output. However, I liked the idea of having a dedicated conference speaker. I thought it would be slightly more convenient than using my external speakers (I usually have to adjust volume and tone when a call comes in) and would provide better audio quality to my colleagues since one device is handling audio input and output.Unfortunately my colleagues reported that the audio quality was worse than my previous set-up and that I sounded like I was in a cave. In addition, the audio quality of the speaker was significantly worse than using my hi-fi amplifier and external speakers. Obviously a small single speaker will not be as good as using hi-fi components, but the difference in quality was too much for me. Returned for a refund and went back to my original set-up.

Poor quality products
I’ve had enough of Anker and Eufy products. The battery life is shockingly poor, and the longevity is even worse. Despite their claims of durability and long-lasting performance, my devices barely hold a charge after just a few months of use. It’s clear that these products are built with cheap components and zero regard for actual customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, their customer service is an absolute joke. Instead of standing behind their products, they do everything possible to avoid responsibility—delaying responses, offering useless troubleshooting steps, or outright refusing to honor warranties. It’s clear they care more about saving money than helping customers who’ve spent hard-earned cash on their subpar products.I regret buying from Anker and Eufy and will never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for reliable electronics.
