Q: Can I rotate this device if the outlet is in the wrong direction?

The product has to be upright. If necessary, rotate the PLUG so the product is upright. The fragrance oil will leak out of the product if it is on its side or upside down. The Febreze Team

Q: If I have it on high setting how long will it last?

I’ve been using mine for about a year now and i timed it for several months and found out that on high it doesn’t last 50 days but it lasts approximately 41 days which is adequate for me! 😇

Q: Has anyone done the research on this product to pet friendliness?

Also be sure to allow any fabrics that may come into contact with your pet (such as their bedding) to dry before your pet returns to the area. While our products have been thoroughly evaluated by independent veterinarians and other scientists to ensure pet safety, we've not done extensive evaluations for reptiles, amphibians, fish or birds.
