As a natural red head in a high altitude area, the sun is my arch nemesis. I sunburn so easily. So I tend to avoid going out without tons of sunscreen. Obviously, that keeps me pale as a ghost. My arms have always gotten a little color during summer despite the sunscreen but somehow my legs NEVER tan in any way at all. So I got this to try on my legs. Only a few uses and I can see a noticeable light bronze glow to my legs! It's very gradual, which I appreciate. I definitely don't want to get overly tan, so this has been a great way to just slowly build up to the color I want. I was worried about my hands getting dark from application, but as long as you wash your hands within a few minutes it's fine!It can be a little streaky, but that is on me learning the best way to apply it. Also after the 3rd application the streaking is hard to notice.Overall, high recommend if you are wanting to build a light natural tan!

I’m pretty pale and totally new to self-tanner, so I was a little nervous this would leave me looking orange. So far—so good. I’ve used it a few times now and the color looks natural and even.I don’t notice a smell, and my husband hasn’t mentioned one either (and he would).I’m careful to blend it in around the edges. You won’t see dramatic results right away, but with a few layers, it builds up nicely. So far, I’m happy with it.

I have used Jergen's Natural Glow for years, and it is truly the best self tanner out there. I don't even bother wasting my money trying out other self tanners, because I'm always disappointed in the results, and I always return to Jergen's. I use both the face and body natural glows. I don't tan as easy as I used to and this lotion is a great way to get my tan started and also enhance my tan. I can only speak for the fair to light color, as I have never used the medium to dark, but it does not make your skin orange like many other self tanners. It is just like the name says, a natural glow.I had a friend who had skin cancer years ago, and when I met up with her shortly after her diagnosis, I was so mad at her because she had this beautiful tan, not dark, just a nce golden color. She began laughing when I was ripping into her about tanning after having skin cancer, and she told me she was using Jergen's Natural Glow. I've been a fan of this stuff ever since.

I like that it doesn't stain my hands/clothes, and it gives a soft tan. However, i have dry skin & i think this is very drying. My skin was flaking & peeling to the point i had to exfoliate more, so the tan wasn't getting deeper. Also, the fair medium was a bit too light for me. I think it would be great for the fair, not so much the light. I'm going to use it 2x a day under a heavier moisture cream to see if that helps.

Other reviews mentioned that this particular version of Jergens gradual tanning lotion DID NOT have the typical self-tanning lotion smell. Well, it does and I am bummed!! I guess it is impossible to not have that odor. So, I won't be using it anymore, but, as for as performance...it was fine.

Easy to use. Looks great. I'm very fair skinned and I recommend the deeper tone. The lighter tone does nothing for me. I even use on my face with no skin irritation. I also use regular lotion first around knees, ankles, and elbows before applying fake tan. Turns out perfect.

I'm really happy with this face cream. At first I tried the regular body one on my face, I broke out so badly. So I got the cream for my face no break outs!
