GORDON'S Permethrin 10 Livestock & Premise Spray, 1 Quart, 9291082

Keeps the flies and mosquitoes away from my chicken coop. I spray on all the support beams in my chicken run, inside and outside the hen house every 2 weeks after I disinfect the inside of the coop. I had a bad mosquito issue last late Summer, and those pesky biting vampires brought fowl pox to my flock! Using this consistently knocked them right out and kept them away. I think it also eliminated the fleas after I cleaned out the bedding and sprayed the soil. Using this, coupled with consistent cleaning keeps the bugs at bay. Use it! There's a reason it's always recommended by backyard chicken keepers. A little goes a long way. I use it in my 1 gallon sprayer. I've yet to use it directly on the hens as they are free of mites, lice, or fleas at this point.

As much as I'd rather not need to use pesticides, sometimes it is just necessary. Used with care this product is pretty safe and will kill wasps/hornets quickly. It will kill pretty much any insect indiscriminately, so I try not to overuse it and save it for the actual "pests."

Easy to use however not sure yet if its working. We have carpenter bees boring holes under our front porch window, we know this for sure because they leave sawdust. Will report back in a few days.

Very please with this product, I dont know if this will work alone as we used it in conjunction with other treatments of Diatomaceous earth and a Sulphur product, but we believe in it enough to keep using it. We are first time chicken owners and those little mites snuck up on us and attacked our flock and coup. Easy to use with a pump up sprayer

Works fast and easy to dose out for livestock without having to use a syringe. My only complaint is they never put tape to keep them from leaking during shipping and it makes a mess.

Small bottles, gone in 60 sec.. order the larger bottles and be happy..

I bought this so I could mix my own fly spray for my horses and use a lower concentration of chemicals. I've bought this a few times and will continue to do so.I add essential oils to it to repel mosquitos and ticks as well. (Lemongrass & Geranium - sometimes cedar oil as well) the combination of the product and oils works great!
